To perform mRNA expression analysis through deep sequencing, RNA was isolated from prostate mice treated with normolipidic diets based on linseed oil, soybean oil or lard (varying saturated and unsaturated FA contents and ?-3/?-6 ratios (? ratio) for 12 or 32 weeks after weaning Overall design: Prostate mRNA profiles of mice treated for 12 and 32 weeks with diets containing different lipids profile were generated by RNAseq, five samples per group, using HiSeq® 2500 (Illumina®).
