qPCR-RT pre-designed plate to study miRNAs expression in urinary exosome from LN patients before and after treatment. We have included 14 LN patients. Of them, there is 7 LN patients with clinical response and 7 with no clinical response. Overall design: qPCR gene expression profiling. We will compared LN patients with clinical response vs no clinical response before and after treatment. Four compartion will be designed: 1) Patients with clinical remission vs Patients with no clinical remission (before treatment); 2) Patients with clinical remission vs Patients with no clinical remission (after treatment); 3) Patients before vs after treatment (patients with clinical response); 4) Patients before vs after treatment (patients with no clinical response)
