THE IMPACT OF SMARTPHONES ON TEENAGERS AND WHY TEAMWORK IS IMPORTANT

At the same time, teamwork remains a crucial skill for personal, academic, and professional success. The study analyzes both the positive and negative effects of smartphone usage among teenagers and examines how collaborative activities can help balance digital dependence by promoting communication, responsibility, and social competence. The article concludes that while smartphones offer significant educational and social benefits, effective teamwork can mitigate many associated challenges and support healthy adolescent development.
