Country-level Hourly Electricity Demand Profiles and Access Indicators for Africa

Offline preprocess package for REPSA (Renewables and Energy Planning for Sustainable Africa): inputs and scripts used to build the yearly country panel, assign demand-profile anchors, reconstruct hourly electricity demand, train the scenario model, and produce paper/QC figures.
