Locating and Costing Congestion for School Buses and Public Transportation

Two geospatial polyline datasets, one for Durham County, NC and the other for Pinellas County, FL. The attributes show the minutes of delay per vehicle and the cumulative minutes of delay for school buses, public transit buses and total buses. These data can be displayed in a GIS software for further visualization and analysis. An online web-mapping application has been created to display this information for each location by hour of the day and can be accessed here: Cost of congestion (transitportal.org
