This is a full-scale experiment that employed a flat roof box with WSNS installed on four different surfaces. The main purpose of this test, unrelated to the results presented here, was to evaluate the performance of a storm shield device (unrelated to this project). The results presented here are concerned with the pressures on sliding glass doors during wind events. The WSNS sensors with aerodynamic casings were attached with Dual LockTM and the SCV patches were hot glued to the surfaces of the glass sliding panes. All sliding doors had glass panels. The sampling rate was 10 Hz and pressure data was measured for different wind speeds 13, 18, 22, and 27 m/s (30, 40, 50, and 60 mph) and two angles (0°, 315°). The duration of measurement for every test condition was 120 seconds. The right-side glass panels on surfaces 1 and 3 are recessed behind the left side panel. The flat roof box had a total height of 3.1 m (125 in). The overall analysis yielded results consistent with the ASCE 7 standard.
