Improved Nucleic Acid Recovery From Trace and Degraded Samples Using Affinity Purification

We have developed a novel prototype bead-based trace sample nucleic acid recovery approach. Our beads allow efficient recovery of RNA and intact and degraded DNA. Uploaded data includes results from spiked RNA and DNA (intact and degraded), DNA and RNA co-elution, DNA and RNA differential elution, DNA and RNA recovery from trace amounts of body fluids (spiked and swabbed off surfaces).
