Data for Kipper et al. (2026) - "Voltage Imaging of CA1 Pyramidal Cells and SST+ Interneurons Reveals Stability and Plasticity Mechanisms of Spatial Firing"

This dataset contains exported experiment-level parquet datasets and manifests for the source data release. each experiment parquet (dataframe) holds the preprocessed traces, inferred spikes, and corresponding behavioral data for all cells included in the dataset. cells within the same experiment (FOV) were recorded simultaneously.It also include a Jupyter notebook file for exploring the data, see Kipper2026_exp_df_exploration.ipynb for a quick start. Folders: - `reg_experiments_filtered`: regular, non-remapping experiment parquets filtered to the selected cells used in the regular analysis. - `remap_experiments_filtered`: remapping experiment parquets filtered to the selected cells used in the remapping analysis. - `longitudinal_dataset`: W0/W2 parquets plus mapping files for cells recorded longitudinally. Important: Notice there is a separate readme file and manifest/ mapping file within each of the three folders! Path convention: - Manifest paths are portable and start at `exp_df_Parquets`. - To load a parquet, join the manifest `parquet_path` to the directory that contains `exp_df_Parquets`. Cell convention: - Cell numbers in manifest list columns correspond to parquet columns named `trace_cell_<cell_num>` and `spikes_cell_<cell_num>`. - For example, cell number `4` of a given experiment is stored in `trace_cell_4` and `spikes_cell_4` of that experiment df. Key manifests: - `reg_experiments_filtered/regular_export_manifest.csv` - `remap_experiments_filtered/remap_export_manifest.csv` - `longitudinal_dataset/longitudinal_cell_mapping.csv` - `longitudinal_dataset/longitudinal_cell_pointers.csv` Dataset sizes: - Regular filtered dataset: 192 experiments, 413 selected cells, 226 CKIIs and 187 SSTs. - Remapping filtered dataset: 124 experiments, 268 selected cells, 160 CKIIs and 108 SSTs. - Longitudinal dataset: 86 matched cell pairs, with W0 and W2 pointers for each pair, 42 CKIIs and 44 SSTs.
