WGS Dataset of 17 Aegilops tauschii Accessions: A Partial Panel for WSMV Resistance Study

This dataset comprises whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data from a resequencing panel. It includes 17 Aegilops tauschii accessions, which represent only a subset of the full panel. Aegilops tauschii is the D-genome progenitor of hexaploid wheat. Genomic DNA was extracted from young leaf tissue and used to prepare TruSeq DNA PCR-Free libraries with a 350 bp insert size. Sequencing was performed on the Illumina NovaSeq X platform, generating 150 bp paired-end reads with high coverage.
