资源简介:
Microbial community of an anaerobic membrane bioreactor (AnMBR) treating real municipal wastewater at low temperatures was determined. Propidium monoazide-PCR was used to exclude microorganisms without intact cell membranes in the reactors or involved from sewage as residual populations. As hydraulic retention time (HRT) changed from 6 to 24h, aceticlastic methanogens, Methanosaeta, always occupied the predominant position of methane producing archaea. Bacteroidales, Clostridiales, Betaproteobacteriales and Campylobacterales were considered as dominant orders in AnMBR. Among them, Clostridiales and Bacteroidales can adapt to lower temperatures in degradation process. The relationship between HRT, COD removal rate and gas production rate with the relative abundance of dominant microbial orders was illustrated by redundancy analysis. This study also discussed the composition and structure of specific functional bacteria, revealing that they were affected by the changes of HRT.
