This dataset consists of 1000 sentences extracted from the meeting minutes of the Peoples Bank of China, and is used for three tasks: Stance Detection, Temporal Classification, and Uncertainty Estimation. Stance Detection has four labels: Hawkish (supporting contractionary monetary policy), Dovish (supporting expansionary monetary policy), Neutral (neither hawkish nor dovish sentiment, or containing both), and Irrelevant (not related to monetary policy). Temporal Classification has two labels: Forward-looking (discussing future economic events or decisions), and Not Forward-looking (discussing past or current economic events or decisions). Uncertainty Estimation also has two labels: Certain (the information in the sentence is presented definitively), and Uncertain (the information in the sentence is presented with speculation, possibility, or doubt).
