The file contains the relaxation rate constants and experimental uncertainties in the relaxation rate constants (1 standard deviation) for nitrogen-15 spin relaxation measurements for backbone amide groups in of the basic leucine-zipper (bZip) domain of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae transcription factor GCN4. The data are recorded at 300 K using 600, 700, 800, and 900 MHz NMR spectrometers. The reported measurements are the relaxation rate constant for longitudinal magnetization (R1), the relaxation rate constant for transverse magnetization (R2), and the steady-state nuclear Overhauser effect. The R1 and R2 rate constants recorded at 700 MHz have been temperature-corrected as described in the associated article.
