Harnessing E-services for environmental sustainability in Liberia: Empirical Insights and Policy Implications for public sector

The study examined the impact of e-service adoption on environmental sustainability within selected government institutions in Liberia using quantitative methods grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model and Systems Theory. The findings revealed that e-services significantly improve sustainability outcomes by reducing paper-based operations and administrative costs, although infrastructure, digital literacy, and electricity challenges limit full implementation.
