西湖龙井茶芽生长监测和开采指数模型及数据

开采日期对于西湖龙井茶叶的品质和市场价值具有重要的影响，俗话说“早采一天是个宝，晚采一天是根草”。每年春季，西湖龙井的开采日期都备受茶农、茶企以及社会大众的关注，因为它直接关系到茶叶的产量、品质和经济价值。通过在西湖龙井茶产区不同基地定点监测茶芽生长数据，并根据《西湖龙井茶鲜叶质量控制技术规程》T/XHLJ 005—2022的有关标准，构建西湖龙井茶开采指数模型，通过计算全域监测点的不同茶芽状态占比均值和特定长度的茶芽占比，得出西湖龙井茶开采指数，为是否达到茶叶开采期提供辅助判断的客观依据，促使杭州市官方公布的开采期更加准确，能够更好地兼顾产区内不同小环境下的茶芽生长差异，让更多茶农茶企在最适宜的日期尽早开采，从而提升西湖龙井茶的经济收益。依据相关标准规范，设置西湖龙井茶开采指数计算规则和开采期辅助判断规则，以龙井43品种的茶芽状态中单芽占比和茶芽长度≥2.5厘米的茶芽占比为2项指数指标，并分别赋予不同的权重，开采指数为这2项指标无量纲化后的数值的加权均值,指数总分最大值限定为10，计算结果大于10的按10计。从2月底开始每日监测茶芽生长数据并计算指数值，随着茶芽生长发育，指数由0逐渐增大至10，数值越大越适宜茶叶开采，当指数值小于于6.6时，输出当前不宜开采的辅助判断结果，当指数值≥6.6时，输出当前日期适宜开采的开采期辅助判断结果。

As the old saying goes, "Picking one day earlier yields a treasure, while picking one day later turns into worthless grass." The picking date of West Lake Longjing tea exerts a significant impact on its quality and market value. Every spring, the picking date attracts widespread attention from tea farmers, tea enterprises and the general public, as it directly affects the yield, quality and economic value of the tea leaves. By conducting fixed-point monitoring of tea bud growth data at different bases in the West Lake Longjing tea producing area, and in accordance with the relevant standards specified in "Technical Regulations for Quality Control of Fresh Leaves of West Lake Longjing Tea" T/XHLJ 005—2022, a West Lake Longjing tea picking index model is developed. The West Lake Longjing tea picking index is calculated by obtaining the average proportion of different tea bud statuses and the proportion of tea buds with specific lengths across all monitoring sites, providing an objective basis for auxiliary judgment on whether the tea picking period has been reached. This helps to make the officially announced picking dates of Hangzhou municipal government more accurate, better accommodate the differences in tea bud growth under various micro-environments within the producing area, and enable more tea farmers and enterprises to pick tea at the most suitable date as early as possible, thereby enhancing the economic benefits of West Lake Longjing tea. Based on relevant standards and regulations, the calculation rules for the West Lake Longjing tea picking index and the auxiliary judgment rules for the picking period are formulated. Two index indicators are selected: the proportion of single-bud tea shoots among the tea buds of the Longjing 43 cultivar, and the proportion of tea buds with a length ≥2.5 cm, with different weights assigned to each. The picking index is the weighted average of the dimensionless values of these two indicators, with the maximum total index score limited to 10, and any calculated result exceeding 10 will be capped at 10. Starting from late February, tea bud growth data is monitored daily and the index value is calculated. As tea buds grow and develop, the index gradually increases from 0 to 10: the higher the index value, the more suitable it is for tea picking. When the index value is less than 6.6, the auxiliary judgment result of "not suitable for picking at present" is output; when the index value is ≥6.6, the auxiliary judgment result of "suitable for picking on the current date" is output.
