Enterococcus mundtii QU 25 is an efficient L-lactate producing bacteria and can utilize xylose in addition to glucose.We performed its transcriptome analysis under various culture conditions changing glucose and xylose concentrations, in order to elucidate the mechanizm of carbon catabolite repression.
