Pasteurella multocida Raw sequence reads

The aim of the study was to determine the genotypic characteristics (capsular serogroup, LPS genotype, multilocus sequence type, virulence gene profile, and ompA sequence) of P. multocida strains isolated from different host species. The results obtained were used to search for correlations between these characteristics and host specificity; this may assist epidemiological investigations, and allow better understanding the dynamics of the pathogenesis of diseases caused by P. multocida.
