Assemblies of M. incognita transcriptomes from four developmental life stages. We retrieved Minc RNA-seq Illumina data of four developmental life stages (eggs, pre-parasitic J2, J3-J4 and adult female) from a previous publication (Blanc-Mathieu et al. PLoS Genetics, 2017). For each developmental life stage, we pooled the triplicates and performed a de novo transcriptome assembly using Trinity v2.4.062. The assembled tanscriptomes are available in FASTA format.
