This dataset is a list of commodities including 23 fruits and 19 vegetables for which ERS (Economic Research Service) conducts market analysis. These commodities are included in the Census of Agriculture, published by USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS). The list includes only those fruits and vegetables sold and consumed fresh. It does not include dry edible beans and does not include fruits and vegetables that have been dried, canned, or otherwise processed.
