资源简介:
Diaporthe longicolla (Phomopsis longicolla) causes Phomopsis seed decay, one of the most prevalent and potentially damaging diseases of soybean seed. In other filamentous fungi, the heterotrimeric CCAAT-binding complex (CBC) is involved in diverse aspects of growth and development, including secondary metabolism, morphogenesis, and pathogenesis. In this study, a putative component of the CCAAT-binding complex (HAP3) was identified in D. longicolla and characterized through functional genomics. The HAP3 gene was successfully deleted via homologous recombination, and the mutant was genetically complemented via reintroduction of the wild-type gene.
