An archive for Transport of Sediment and Particulate Mercury within Upstream Reaches of Galveston Bay in Response to Hurricane Harvey

This is an archive of dataset for a manuscript entitled "Transport of Sediment and Particulate Mercury within Upstream Reaches of Galveston Bay in Response to Hurricane Harvey" that is submitted to JGR-Oceans for a review. This dataset includes codes and necessary input files that are used to generate the figures. In this latest version, mercury data obtained from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) via FOIA request is also uploaded for review. Input files used for the ocean and sediment model (*.in) also attached, including all model parameters.
