Experimental_Photoelectron_spectroscopy_GO-1_WP2-3_NASU

Measurements were performed under WP2-3. The main purpose of the research is investigation of chemical composition and chemical bonds of graphene oxide (GO) and reduced graphene oxide (rGO) depending on reduction method. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements were performed for as-deposited GO sample (drop casted onto Si substrate), for thermally reduced GO samples (in air, N2 and H2S ambient, 250℃, 30 min) and for plasma treated GO samples (N2 and H2 plasma, 0.75 W, 5 min). Data set contains both survey spectra and detailed core level spectra for each considered treatment type, see corresponding Note column. Binding energy column unit is eV, Intensities in cps.
