The present invention relates an environmentally-friendly composite plastic and plastic product. The environmentally-friendly composite plastic comprises following components measured in percent by weight: 30-45% of polypropylene， 46-86% of tea fibers， 5-20% of a foaming agent， 3-10% of a filler， 0.05-3% of an antioxidant， and 0.1-5% of a pigment. The plastic product includes the environmentally-friendly composite plastic. The environmentally-friendly composite plastic of the present invention has a unique formula， and the raw material is environmentally friendly. The plastic is non-toxic and can directly contact food. The plastic comprising tea fibers have a natural tea fragrance， which is particularly suitable for the production of tea-containing utensils， tea brewing utensils， or tea-sealing utensils. Moreover， the product has good toughness， high strength， and is biodegradable.
