The aim of this empirical research project was to explore the influences on wildlife treatment experienced by the veterinary community in the United Kingdom. A online survey was completed by 409 veterinary professionals and interviews were performed with 20 veterinary professionals, 7 wildlife centre personnel and 6 academic educators. Between October 2024 - March 2025. Survey data analysis was descriptive, and qualitative interview data was analysed using reflective thematic analysis.
