This Data Set contains the peaks that were each present in at least half the samples in at least one of the four sex/mating history categories. The “Cage” column denotes the replicates for each of the lines in each generation. “Gen” refers to the generation in which the lines were screened. Headings for columns F—DU give the respective retention times (Rts) of the peaks screened and the data in body of the table are peak areas after baseline adjustment and removal of contaminants from the traces.
