P. pollicipes custom proteins database: The protein database comprised 65,291 coding sequences obtained with TransDecoder (version 5.5.0) from the transcriptome of P. pollicipes. It is noteworthy that this transcriptome was previously published (doi:10.1016/j.margen.2018.11.001) and was obtained from the same specimens used to profile this proteome. The transcriptome is publicly available at Transcriptome Shotgun Assembly (TSA, NCBI), deposited under accession GGJM01000000.
