Transcription targets of ASYMMETRIC LEAVES 2 (AS2), KANADI (KAN), REVOLUTA (REV) and SHOOT MERISTEMLESS (STM) genes

Leaf axial polarity is governed by the ad/abaxial regulatory network, which includes AS2, KAN, REV and STM. We have bound these genes to a glucocorticoid receptor (GR) and driven their translocation into the nucleus by applying Dexamethazone (Dex). Gene expression data were taken 0, 30, 60 and 120 minutes after Dex exposure.
