DEGs are classified by gene families that influence immune responses in the comparison of IBH-KER and H-KER stimulated with Pam3CSK4 and non-stimulated keratinocytes.

Cell samples were analyzed by RNA-sequencing and gene expressions were compared between Pam3CSK4 stimulated keratinocytes from IBH-affected and H-horses and non-stimulated keratinocytes. Only representative genes are shown. (Pink = statistically significant upregulation and log2 fold change >1; beige = statistically significant upregulation and log2 fold change <1; gray = no difference in gene expression; false discovery rate <0.05).
