IP归属地-离线库是将网络空间地图测绘技术与人工智能(AI）算法相结合，利用动态密度聚类算法和基于多层神经网络的IP地址定位算法，完成IP地址地理位置定位。IPv4归属地离线库是IP地址定位数据的离线数据包，分为街道级、区县级、城市级共3个版本类型，能够满足客户不同定位精度的需求。
The IP Geolocation Offline Database combines cyberspace mapping technology and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, leveraging dynamic density clustering algorithm and multi-layer neural network-based IP geolocation algorithm to achieve IP address geographic positioning. The IPv4 geolocation offline database is an offline data package for IP address positioning data, which offers three version types: street-level, district/county-level, and city-level, capable of meeting customers' requirements for different positioning accuracies.
