The Digital organizational Culture has 4 dimensions; Sensitive (SV-5 items), Competitive (CV-5 items), United (UT-5 items), and Dynamic (DN-9 items). The scale was also tested for nomological validity using external variabel New Product Development Project Effectiveness and Change Leadership.
