Single-cell gene expression of control mandibular bone marrow cells and mandibular bone marrow cells under bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (BRONJ)

Single-cell gene expression of mandibular bone marrow cells and mandibular bone marrow cells under the stimulation of BRONJ were determined by scRNAseq. Nine C57/B6 female mice with BRONJ or control mice were used to acquire single-cell suspensions. Mandibles were dissected with soft tissues were removed. Then, mandible tissue was digested to acquire single cell suspension, which enriched with CD45- cells using Meiteni Mouse CD45 MicroBeads. Cellular suspensions were loaded into Chromium microfluidic chips and barcoded with a 10x Chromium Controller (10x Genomics).
