Illumina sequencing data from 1448 haploid honeybee drones for recombination rate estimation. The drones originate from different colonies, with 8 drones per colony in most cases, and drones from the same colony are full sibs. The sample names (sample_title) have three parts separated by underscore and the first two parts represent the colony (samples XX_123_1, XX_123_2 and XX_123_3 all belong to the colony XX_123 and are therefore full-sibs). A few of the samples were sequenced twice, as indicated by the "replicate_of_sample"-column.
