Data from the JWST Emission Line Survey (JELS) and the JWST Cycle 1 Observer Treasury Program ‘Public Release IMaging for Extragalactic Research’ survey (PRIMER). We analysed sources selected via narrowband imaging selection on Hα in NIRCam F466N and F470N observations in JELS. Specifically, we measured the half-light radii of these sources in PRIMER F277W, PRIMER F356W, PRIMER F444W, JELS F466N and JELS F470N in the COSMOS field.
