Shotgun metagenomic stool samples for the ARETHUSA clinical trial for the study of gut and oral microbiome differences between MSS/MMRp mCRC patients before priming with temozolomide (TMZ) and MSI-H mCRC patients. The phase-II ARETHUSA clinical trial was primarily designed to assess the priming efficacy of TMZ for MSS mCRC patients in order to increase the tumor mutational burden.
