The SMIIG Data communes Maroc 2023 dataset contains data on the implementation of the right to access information by municipalities with more than 50,000 inhabitants in Morocco from 2020 to 2023. Each row represents first-level administrative unit observations. The dataset consists of 464 rows and 38 columns (31 numeric, 7 categorical), split into a training set of 371 rows and a test set of 92 rows. It covers various aspects including geographic, demographic, municipal governance, and financial data, with variables such as region IDs, commune names, participation metrics, and financial budgets. The dataset is published by TAFRA and curated into ML-ready format by Electric Sheep Africa.
