脑胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见原发性的颅内肿瘤,也是人类十大恶性肿瘤之一。脑胶质瘤遗传资源库依托复旦大学附属华山医院神经外科这一优势学科,收集保存高质量、遗传信息完整的生物样本(包括肿瘤组织、血浆、血清、血细胞等样本),结合信息化的样本管理系统、病案随访管理系统和影像信息系统,建立一体化的遗传资源库,对于脑胶质瘤的基础科学和临床转化医学研究具有极其重要的意义。本资源库参照国际标准,利用肿瘤生物学、遗传学和医学信息资源,针对脑胶质瘤的疾病起源、发生发展、治疗新技术和预后评估等开展一系列科学研究。本资源库旨在完善样本质量控制体系,优化样本采集处理存储流程,提高生物样本质量,为产生高质量研究数据提供核心保障。
Glioma is the most common primary intracranial tumor of the central nervous system, and also one of the top ten malignant tumors in humans.
The Glioma Genetic Biobank, based on the advantageous neurosurgery discipline of Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, collects and preserves high-quality biological specimens with complete genetic information, including tumor tissues, plasma, serum, blood cells and other samples. By integrating informatized specimen management systems, medical record follow-up management systems and imaging information systems, it has established an integrated genetic biobank, which is of paramount significance for basic scientific and clinical translational medical research on glioma.
This biobank adheres to international standards, leverages tumor biology, genetics and medical information resources, and conducts a series of scientific studies focusing on the disease origin, pathogenesis and progression, novel therapeutic technologies and prognosis assessment of glioma.
This biobank aims to improve the specimen quality control system, optimize the processes of sample collection, processing and storage, enhance the quality of biological specimens, and provide core guarantees for generating high-quality research data.
