These data were collected during Southern Ocean cruises DY111, DY112 and DY113 on the ship of RRS Discovery on behalf of the Natural Environment Research Council funded projects CUSTARD and ORCHESTRA. The wind data were measured by Gill R3 sonic anemometer and the gas concentration data were measured by LI-7200 gas analyser. The data are the hourly eddy covariance air-sea CO<sub>2</sub>, eddy covariance sensible heat fluxes, 10-metre neutral wind speed, and eddy covariance fraction velocity.
