wPCC manoeuvring model tests

Model test data from research project at SSPA Maritime Dynamics Laboratory. Used in paper: System identification of a physics informed ship model for better predictions in wind conditions. The major change compared to previous versions of this dataset is that the motions are now expressed in [lpp/2,0,WL], instead of CG (as before). The accelerometer data is now also included, the positions of the accelerometers are defined in the ship_data.yml from the origin [lpp/2,0,WL] and positive foward, to startboard and into the water.
