Dataset on Operational Time Measurements and Warehouse Observations in a Peruvian Chemical-Textile MSE

This dataset contains time measurements and observational data collected during a case study conducted in a Peruvian small enterprise within the chemical-textile sector. The purpose of the data collection was to identify inefficiencies in warehouse operations, particularly those affecting OTIF (On Time In Full) performance. The data includes product selection times, frequency of staff displacements, and other relevant process metrics. Data were collected through direct observation and informal verbal interactions with operational staff, without gathering any personal or identifiable information. This dataset supports the implementation of Lean Warehousing and RFID technologies, as proposed in the related research manuscript.
