Supplementary data: promoter transcription-factor binding-site scores for oxygen-sensing genes across mammals

Supplementary dataset for a study of oxygen-sensing gene regulation across mammals. The file OF2_J26_data_Tier12_ATG_500.Rds is an R data frame (readable with readRDS()) of 239 mammalian species (rows) × 12,918 gene–transcription-factor pairs (columns; 704 genes × 34 transcription factors, including ARNT, EPAS1, HIF1A, HIF3A, NFE2L2, HNF4A, SMAD3/4 and STAT1/3). Values are transcription-factor binding-site scores computed for the 500 bp ATG-proximal promoter region (Tier 1+2). Species span marsupials, monotremes and placental mammals.
