This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing demand-related data of Hua Diao Rice Wine from Hangzhou customers, aiming to figure out customers' purchasing power levels and demand preferences for Hua Diao Rice Wine, thus assessing the market popularity of this product, and formulating production strategies for all enterprises in the industry to better provide users with personalized products and services. On the other hand, it can help companies gain a better understanding of their customers: high-tier customers can communicate with the enterprise 1 to 2 times per month, medium-tier customers 1 to 2 times per quarter, and low-tier customers 1 to 2 times every six months, so as to develop more precise production and marketing strategies.
The specific implementation steps are as follows:
1. Data Collection: Collect routine transaction data related to Hua Diao Rice Wine from customers.
2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis.
3. Algorithm-based Processing: Conduct demand quantity analysis on the processed data via the formula: P = { (a1 / b1 for minimum single-purchase amount / minimum single-order quantity) + (a2 / b2 for maximum single-purchase amount / maximum single-order quantity) + (a3 / b3 for average purchase amount / average order quantity) } * k, where k is the consumption coefficient with varying values across regions.
