Figure S1. Principal component analysis (PCA) and clustering of the label-free quantification data. The PCA shows the separation between the technical replicates of the FIT and UNFIT bulls. The quantification data clustered using the UPGMA (unweighted pair group method with arithmetic mean) method also shows this separation. The boxplots show the dispersion of quantification data and the respective mean and median values of the replicates.
