JPST000207-1 Phosphoproteomics comparison between SW480 and SW620 cells [Reanalysis: JPST000207]

Quantitative phosphoproteome analyses of colorectal cancer cell lines (metastatis: SW620, non-metastatis: SW480) were carried out using IMAC-based posphopeptide enrichment followed by SCX-RP-MS/MS with SILAC labeling (SW480: light-label, SW620: heavy-label). The obtained results were searched against UniProt DB by Mascot, and the identified peptides were filtered at 1% FDR thresholds by searching against the randomized decoy DB at peptide level. This dataset with the PX complete submission format will be further used to generate a customized DB in this jPOST project. [Original project description]
