由于国内制造企业的技术水平、制造水平与国际先进水平还存在较大差距,从而导致部分国产隔膜压缩机性能不稳定、可靠性差、故障率高、寿命期短,不能满足加氢站日常运行工况复杂、高参数、连续运行以及追求高效益的使用要求。针对90MPa氢气隔膜压缩机样机,给出了验证测试测试方案、技术指标、测试过程及测试结果。测试数据包括进排气压力、润滑油压力温度等。另外,目前国内外氢隔膜压缩机中临氢侧的膜片通常使用的是316L,其目的在于抑制氢的渗透,以及防止氢脆损伤(膜片组件中的00Cr15Ni5马氏体不锈钢膜片组件起到支撑作用,直接与氢接触会形成严重氢脆失效问题)。在90MPa的服役工况下,所研发的材料需要兼具好的室温和高温力学性能、抗疲劳和氢致损伤能力。通过氢压机临氢部件材料服役行为研究,采用纳米强化相引入和晶界设计与构筑等方法,实现氢压机临氢部件材料的高强度与耐氢脆性能协同控制,完成高性能参数与抗氢腐蚀的氢压机临氢部件材料开发,并建立膜片材料的相关基础性能数据库,基于此完成氢压机膜片疲劳仿真及寿命预测。

Due to the significant gap between the technical and manufacturing capabilities of domestic manufacturing enterprises and the international advanced level, some domestically produced diaphragm compressors suffer from unstable performance, poor reliability, high failure rate, and short service life, failing to meet the operational requirements of hydrogen refueling stations, which feature complex working conditions, high parameters, continuous operation, and demand for high efficiency. For the 90MPa hydrogen diaphragm compressor prototype, this work provides the verification test plan, technical indicators, test procedures, and test results. The test data includes intake and exhaust pressures, lubricating oil pressure and temperature, etc. Additionally, 316L stainless steel is currently commonly used for the hydrogen-exposed side diaphragms in hydrogen diaphragm compressors worldwide, aiming to inhibit hydrogen permeation and prevent hydrogen embrittlement damage. (The 00Cr15Ni5 martensitic stainless steel diaphragm assembly in the diaphragm component acts as a support; direct contact with hydrogen will cause severe hydrogen embrittlement failure.) Under the 90MPa service conditions, the newly developed materials are required to have excellent room-temperature and high-temperature mechanical properties, fatigue resistance, and hydrogen-induced damage resistance. By studying the service behavior of materials for hydrogen-exposed components of hydrogen compressors and adopting methods such as introducing nano-sized strengthening phases and designing and constructing grain boundaries, we achieved the synergistic control of high strength and hydrogen embrittlement resistance for the materials of hydrogen compressor hydrogen-exposed components, completed the development of high-performance hydrogen-exposed component materials for hydrogen compressors with excellent hydrogen corrosion resistance, established a relevant basic performance database for diaphragm materials, and thereby completed the fatigue simulation and life prediction of hydrogen compressor diaphragms.
