This record contains the processed numerical data, source tables, analysis code, and figure outputs associated with the manuscript “Nanoscale Storage of Incompatible Elements at Olivine Grain Boundaries in Natural Basalts.” The deposited data include APT concentration profiles, bulk compositions, a Ca proxigram, available ranging information, chemical-width measurements, Ca interfacial-excess calculations, candidate mass-window results, EBSD source data, TEM intensity profiles, and APT table sources. The deposited scripts reproduce the quantitative analyses and figures described in the accompanying README and FILE_INDEX. Candidate rare-earth-related mass-window labels are nominal assignments and are not confirmed elemental identifications. The very large raw APT event and reconstruction files are not included. They are retained by the corresponding author and are available on reasonable request.
