REPER — Recensement Enrichi de la Performance Énergétique Résidentielle

A dwelling-level, census-representative description of the energy performance of the French residential building stock. Each INSEE census dwelling (RP2022 logements, Metropolitan France, main residences) is probabilistically matched with a statistically compatible post-reform energy performance diagnosis (DPE, issued on or after 1 July 2022), matched on construction period, heating energy, living-area class and geography (IRIS / commune / EPCI / region). 25,524,353 rows x 226 columns. One row = one census dwelling carrying its original census attributes plus the building-physics and energy attributes (U-values, consumption breakdown, DPE/GES class, heating & DHW systems...) of a compatible diagnosis. Caveat: the DPE attributes attached to a dwelling come from a statistically compatible diagnosis, not from a real diagnosis of that exact dwelling. The dataset is intended for aggregate / statistical analysis of the stock, not for inference about individual dwellings. Produced by the open-source energy_performance_diagnosis pipeline. This derived dataset contains information from ADEME, INSEE and IGN, used under the Etalab Licence Ouverte 2.0.
