Broiler chicken gut ileum mucosa/lumen microbiota reads

Broiler Chicken's ileum microbiota DNA, sequenced by Illumina, aimed to find the difference between Mucosa and Lumen microbiota, and the difference before/after MCE intake (did not used in article). Sample name description: N/M stands for control group/MCE intake group (only used N group in article),01~06 stands for sample serial number, Lu/Mu stands for lumen/mucosa microbiota. Not all sequenced data were used in our article.
