estimate of solar energy generation potential for rooftop solar PV systems in
Charlottesville, VA. This data was created using LiDAR data, the Area Solar
Radiation tool available with the ArcGIS Spatial Analyst extension, and local
market estimations for cost and PV panel production potentials. </span></p>
