资源简介:
This dataset contains a list of 3,856 Risk Management Plan facilities that are located in areas of the US thought to be at risk of climate-related natural disasters -- that is, inland flooding, coastal flooding, wildfires, and storm surge due to hurricanes. What is the Risk Management Plan? The Risk Management Plan (RMP) -- also known as the Chemical Disaster Rule -- was created as part of Section 112(r) of the 1990 Clean Air Act. The Rule requires certain chemical, manufacturing and industrial facilities to create and submit a plan to the US Environmental Protection Agency for how they plan to prevent chemical and industrial disasters including those caused by natural disasters.
