资源简介:
Rab GTPases are primarly involved in trafficking processes. Rinl belongs to the Ras-interaction/interference (Rin) proteins and is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for Rab5a and Rab22. By transcriptome analysis of naïve and effector CD4+ T cells we identify Rinl-regulated pathways in CD4+ T cells. To study the function of Rinl in CD4+ T cells, naïve (CD62L+CD44lo) and effector (CD62L-CD44hi) CD4+ T cells were isolated by fluorescence activated cell sorting from WT and Rinl-KO mice. RNA was isolated form the sorted cells and processed for RNA sequencing. We performed gene expression profiling by comparing WT and KO naïve CD4+ T cells as well as WT and KO effector CD4+ T cells.
