miRNA profiling in Pseudomonas aeruginosa Keratitis

This study aims to comprehensively profile the microRNAs (miRNAs) expressed during Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) keratitis, a vision-threatening infection of the cornea. Corneal button samples were obtained from PA keratitis patients who underwent Therapeutic Penetrating Keratoplasty (TPK) surgery, and NGS-based small RNA sequencing was performed to identify the miRNA expression profile associated with the disease. Healthy corneal buttons obtained from post-mortem donors served as controls. This dataset includes small RNA sequencing data from PA keratitis samples (n = 3) and healthy corneal controls (n = 3).
